Review: Restless Endeavors Restless Greens

I was recently given the chance to review Restless Greens. Restless Greens is gluten FREE, KETO friendly, vegan/vegetarian friendly, and great for everyone from kids to senior citizens! 9 of the most alkalizing greens( alfalfa, arugula, broccoli, chlorella, chlorophyll, kale, spinach, spirulina, wheatgrass). Along with the antioxidant selenium to help in the detoxification process, as well as overall health.

 

 

About the owner and product:

My name is Megan Williams and I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Diet Specialist. I was a college basketball player and have loved being active since I could walk. Throughout my life I was plagued by many health ailments. From age 12 I suffered from a rare debilitating migraine called, hemiplegic migraines with aura (sounds fun, I know!), that manifest themselves like a stroke, right down to one side of my body going numb.

 

At 17 I contracted a rare pain disorder called Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD) that has plagued the likes of Paula Abdul, and took several spinal injections to correct. 

At 19 years old I found out I was born with only one kidney, something I would find out later to be quite rare.

 

Also at 19 years old I sustained a concussion during basketball practice that would subsequently turn into a debacle where I would find out I actually sustained a TBI (traumatic brain injury) and have dealt with symptoms of such since then which has led to some diminished mental capacity.

 

Very long story short, all of these things have led me to the health and fitness industry. Due to some of my conditions I have to have a precise and clean diet, and through these last 7 years of my life I have researched and read countless medical journals and books on all things diet/nutrition and have been helping others cope with their shortcomings and health problems through DIET first and then exercise!

 

It was a 3 year process to come up with my supplement Restless Greens. Around my area things like green supplements are quite costly and I wanted to create something that would help not only me, but all my clients, from my children clients to my senior citizens, to my health riddled clients, to my healthy clients. Everyone can benefit from Restless Greens because it's so simple and so straightforward. It's 9 alkalizing greens, 5 digestive enzymes, and one anti-oxidant to help detoxify and aid the system, all encased in a veggie capsule! I love the feedback I have gotten thus far, and love that my  and love that my clients not only buy it once, but come back every month for more! I want to make the world healthier, one person at a time.

 

My Review:

 My life has been crazy and chaotic lately but with the help of Restless Greens it has helped a lot. Some days my nutrition is not all that great. What I love most about this product is I had no negative side effects. My body is very sensitive so I was shocked when I did not have any issues. I will say if you decide to try this product out for yourself get ready for the energy!! On days I forgot or was down and out I could tell a HUGE difference in a bad way. I was dragging and seemed to eat more. I love that it is all natural and comes in a vegetable based capsule. Overall, Restless Greens is a great product and I would highly recommend it if you are looking for something affordable, natural, more energy, and to fight cravings.
