I am always looking for natural products to help me lose a few pounds. I was excited to test out this green coffee bean extract. I have heard so many negatives reviews because the green coffee bean extract was not 100%. I was glad to know that Life & Food has one that is 100% real and is natural. I took this twice daily, each time 30 minutes before eating. I had no negative side effects from this product. I did not notice any weight loss while taking this product, which was disappointing. I did however have a lot more energy than usual.
