This hydration belt is amazing!! I like that it is lightweight and does not bounce when running. It comes with two 10 oz/300 ml flasks so you can stay hydrated. It handles sweat just fine and is easy to clean. I love that it has a pouch so you can put your car keys, license, and whatever else you need in there.
