When I received a request to sample Fake Bake Golden Faux Glo - Shimmer in a wash-off formula, I was thrilled. When it finally came in the mail I had to apply it.

I tan weekly in the tanning bed but some days I just do not want to go. This has really helped with my tan. The great thing about it is that at the end of the way it washes off.

I highly recommend wearing the gloves included as this will stain your hands. Its also best to use on clean, exfoliated skin. The lotion has a scent of vanilla which I really love!

What I love most about Fake Bake products is that they are paraben free and natural ingredients.

Overall, its a great product and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a day/night of looking tan without all the risks of tanning.

Review:
I love this makeup primer spray. It is silicone-free which helps everything go on smoother and last longer. My foundation applied so much smoother and never caked. This spray is very light so you do not get that heavy feeling. I have sensitive skin but this spray did not cause any breakouts. I usually have to touch up my makeup after a few hours but I am happy to report that after 8 hours my make up still looked great with no touch ups.

I cannot say enough great things about this workout program. I had a gym membership for over a year and I did great for about 5 months. After 5 months of going to the gym the drive and traffic just did not seem worth going. I like most gave up. When Spencer allowed me the chance to review this I must say at first I was not thrilled. How many workout programs have you seen on tv and tried with no results? I did my first workout and was amazed. I was exhausted and felt great. The next morning I woke up so sore. I could not believe how great this workout program is. My 9 year old son even does it with me! I have been using it for over 6 weeks and I am still seeing great results. Review:
I am always looking for natural products to help me lose a few pounds. I was excited to test out this green coffee bean extract. I have heard so many negatives reviews because the green coffee bean extract was not 100%. I was glad to know that Life & Food has one that is 100% real and is natural. I took this twice daily, each time 30 minutes before eating. I had no negative side effects from this product. I did not notice any weight loss while taking this product, which was disappointing. I did however have a lot more energy than usual.

I was only able to test the kinivo out one time. My husband decided to take it back with him to work. He works 28 hours away from home as a crane operator. I was recently given the chance to test out this cleanse from Lady Soma. I have always wanted to try a cleanse but was very nervous to try one.

Review:

I was recently given the chance to review Restless Greens. My name is Megan Williams and I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Diet Specialist. I was a college basketball player and have loved being active since I could walk. From age 12 I suffered from a rare debilitating migraine called, hemiplegic migraines with aura (sounds fun, I know!), that manifest themselves like a stroke, right down to one side of my body going numb.

At 17 I contracted a rare pain disorder called Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD) that has plagued the likes of Paula Abdul, and took several spinal injections to correct.

At 19 years old I found out I was born with only one kidney, something I would find out later to be quite rare.

Also at 19 years old I sustained a concussion during basketball practice that would subsequently turn into a debacle where I would find out I actually sustained a TBI (traumatic brain injury) and have dealt with symptoms of such since then which has led to some diminished mental capacity.

Very long story short, all of these things have led me to the health and fitness industry. Due to some of my conditions I have to have a precise and clean diet, and through these last 7 years of my life I have researched and read countless medical journals and books on all things diet/nutrition and have been helping others cope with their shortcomings and health problems through DIET first and then exercise!

It was a 3 year process to come up with my supplement Restless Greens. Around my area things like green supplements are quite costly and I wanted to create something that would help not only me, but all my clients, from my children clients to my senior citizens, to my health riddled clients, to my healthy clients. My Review:

My life has been crazy and chaotic lately but with the help of Restless Greens it has helped a lot. Some days my nutrition is not all that great. What I love most about this product is I had no negative side effects. My body is very sensitive so I was shocked when I did not have any issues. I will say if you decide to try this product out for yourself get ready for the energy!! On days I forgot or was down and out I could tell a HUGE difference in a bad way. I was dragging and seemed to eat more. I love that it is all natural and comes in a vegetable based capsule. Overall, Restless Greens is a great product and I would highly recommend it if you are looking for something affordable, natural, more energy, and to fight cravings.

My Review:

Getting on the scales has always been my worst nightmare. Recently, I lost 16 pounds and its honestly getting a lot easier. I was very impressed with these digital scales. Since I pretty much check my weight everyday I love that it keeps track of my net weight change from the average of my last 3, 7, and 30 weigh-ins to help provide a comprehensive understanding of my weight. Everything about the scale is amazing and I will be using it for a very long time!!
