Review: Livionex Dental Gel Color Free LivFree

Did you know that brushing with water and brushing with a toothpaste gives virtually the same results? In fact, brushing without paste was found in a study to be more effective at removing plaque than brushing with paste. For 100 years toothpaste has been made the same way (with soap, water, and abrasives). With so many choices to pick from on the toothpaste aisle, one might wonder why 90% of American adults still suffer from gingivitis caused by plaque build-up.

Now, there’s a dental gel that’s setting out to change the plaque epidemic--- promising it can eliminate plaque unlike any other toothpaste in the history of oral care. And, results from a published study show it works two times better than traditional toothpaste and it doesn’t use any abrasives, detergents, antimicrobials, and fluoride used by traditional toothpastes.

I was recently given the chance to review Livionex Dental Gel Color Free LivFree. It is  fluoride-free, dye-free, and less minty gel that’s ideal for those sensitive to artificial flavors and colors. It comes in a beautiful pump that meets FAA regulations for air travel too.

Review:
I followed the directions and used the gel twice a day. You use three pumps per brushing. I like that its a light mint flavor so nothing overpowering at all. The gel made me teeth feel very clean. From time to time while brushing my gums bleed, I noticed since using this gel that has stopped. Overall, I am highly impressed and cannot wait to go to the dentist to see what he thinks. The only negative is the price 1.7 fl oz for $22.
