My thoughts: 

I have long hair and I use my straightener and blow dryer on a regular basis. I know how important it is to protect my hair when using heat. This spray is wonderful. Its smells so good! The spray is lightweight and a little goes a long way. Since using this thermal protection spray my hair is so much softer, shinier, and looks so much healthier.  I LOVE it!
