In speeding up the digestive tract the night time tea also aids weight loss as excess energy (calories) will pass through the digestive tract and not be absorbed as readily (and converted into fat) as they usually would - in other words calorie absorption will be lowered.

I followed the directions and drink this every other day after my evening meal. Since this is a colon cleanse I did not want to overdo it by doing it every evening.
Overall, I am very impressed with Newport Skinny Tea products.I ended up losing 5 pounds during the process.What I LOVE most is ALL ingredients are organic, pure, natural & preservative free!
