Review: Annmarie Gianni Skin Care

I recently received a sample kit from AnnMarie Gianni Skin Care to  test. 

About the company:

Annmarie Gianni is an internationally known author, health advocate, personality and founder of Annmarie Gianni Skin Care.Just a few years ago, Annmarie started to take a hard look at the products she was puttingon her skin. In just a few short days of research, what she found shocked her. Skin care products were severely under-regulated and most contained ingredients that weren’t safe at almost any amoun. Even products that claimed they were organic or natural had hidden preservatives and other nasty additives.

She was frustrated and motivated to find a better option, because she realized so many people were using these supposedly “natural” products.What she found was not encouraging. Many of the truly natural products weren’t up to her standards of quality or effectiveness. It wasn’t long until she realized that if she wanted to have a truly clean and natural skin care line, she would have to do it herself. So she did and Annmarie Gianni Skin Care was founded to provide a clean, natural skin care experience using natural, organic and wildcrafted ingredients.

Aloe-Herb Cleanser-This creation is a gentle and cleansing blend of healing herbs and plants. Its pH balanced to enhance your skins natural acid mantle and protect its moisture barrier for clean and silky-soft skin. My cleanser is gentle. It removes dirt, oils and dead skin with no harsh detergents, leaving your skin clean, nourished, and soft!My unique blend of oil and extracts contains essential fatty acids, similar to those produced by your skin. Its rich in antioxidants like vitamin E to help prevent and repair free radical damage. Gluten-free and vegan! 

Review: I loved that this cleanser is very gentle. Most cleansers dry me out so I hesitate to use one. It left my skin feeling clean and refreshed.   

Ayurvedic Facial Scrub-My Ayurvedic Facial Scrub is an exotic blend of Indian herbs, Moroccan Rhassoul Clay and traditional herbal treatments. This blend is synergistically combined to nourish and re-mineralize your skin. This is a soft yet gentle exfoliant that will rid you of dead skin cells, rejuvenating and revitalizing your face. Gluten-free! 

Review: Very unique product considering it's a powder. I really like it but cannot figure out how to mix it well without wasting a lot of the product. Left my skin feeling soft and refreshed.   
 

Citrus Mint Facial Cleanser-My Citrus Mint facial cleanser is formulated specifically for oily and acne prone skin to help maintain a healthy pH and protect your skin’s acid mantle barrier. This cleanser removes dirt, oils and dead skin with no harsh detergents or chemicals. Gluten-free and vegan. 

Review: This is a great cleanser. It helped keep the oils balanced on my acne prone combo skin. It did not dry my skin out. Love the smell of this cleanser.  

Coconut Body Oil-My organic daily moisturizer, which can also be used as a massage oil, is a unique blend of oils that are infused with nutrient rich herbs to nourish and hydrate your skin. It also contains essential oils that will help you stay heart centered and calm.The small molecular structure of coconut oil allows for easy absorption through your pores, giving your skin a soft, smooth texture. It makes an ideal ointment for the relief of dry, rough and wrinkled skin, and it also soothes sun damaged sun. Vegan!

Review: I love this body oil. I like to use it after I shower. It made my skin feel so soft and hydrated.

Coconut Honey Mask-This product is so natural it’s good enough to eat! The live enzymes will nourish your inner and outer beauty. My Organic Coconut Honey mask is the perfect moisturizing mask for those who want an even skin tone and want to smooth out fines lines and wrinkles. Gluten-free!   

Review: This was one of my favorite products in the sample kit!! I actually tasted it and it tastes so good!! It left my skin so glowy, hydrated, and softer!  

 Dead Sea Facial Scrub-This special blend of dead sea mud, siliceous earth and lavender creates a rich exfoliate to replenish minerals, stimulate circulation and remove dead skin cells which makes it a natural alternative microdermabrasion. Using my Dead Sea Facial Scrub will leave your skin clean, smooth and glowing for hours. Gluten-free and vegan!

Review: I love this scrub. It left my skin feeling smooth and  clean. No residue  feeling was left on my skin.

 Rosemary peppermint body wash-The scent of this wash is uplifting and eye-opening, a great way to start your day! The blend of medicinal herbs will keep bacteria away without striping your natural oils. It leaves you feeling clean, fresh and hydrated. Gluten-free and vegan!

Review: I must admit I am not a huge fan of Rosemary or peppermint. I did however like this body wash. It was very refreshing. I like to use it on the mornings when I need a "wake me up", it will definitely wake you up.
