REVIEW: I received the Chi 1" digital flat iron two years ago from my amazing boyfriend for my birthday. At the time the Chi did a really good job and I was very pleased with it.

In the past few months though, I have been very disappointed. It doesn't seem to work as well as it use to. I have tried putting the temperature to the highest setting, and even putting the temperature to a setting in the middle.  It just seems to damage my hair more and more. I have thick, long hair and I'm looking for something to cut the time it takes to straighten my hair and to add shine and make hair silky soft.

PROS:  1 year warranty, can be used to curl or straighten hair, swivel cord that doesn't tangle.
CONS:  Creates frizz, doesn't glide through my hair easily, doesn't cut down my straightening time.
PACKAGING: No complaints.
OVERALL:  This iron retails for $134.95, with free, same-day shipping. It can be purchased here A one year warranty is included. This would be a great straightener for someone with thin short hair but I'm looking to get rid of the Chi and move on to a better straightener.
