The weather is hot and humid in Alabama. It's that time of the year when my skin goes crazy! I have eczema and sometimes the heat really makes it worse. I cannot tell you how many different facial products I have tried with no relief.

CapriClear recently contacted me about testing CapriClear 100% Fractionated Coconut Oil Spray. I use coconut oil quite frequently for oil pulling, hair treatments, moisturizing my skin, and bullet proof coffee. I love it so I was very excited to test the spray.

After a couple of weeks of use my eczema is under control and my skin feels moisturized and not dry. This has replaced a lot of products in my cabinet and I will be purchasing more when I run out.

Although I LOVE flip flops they do not offer the support I need. Usually at the end of the day my feet are sore and hurting. I decided to give my tide sequin sandals a test yesterday for Memorial Day. This Memorial Day we chose to spend it with my parents. We were on the river early that morning until late that evening. A lot of walking was involved and I am happy to say I am very impressed with these sandals. They are very comfortable and light weight. My feet are very happy and I did not complain all day!
