My husband and I were thrilled to try these Energems out. I am a stay at home mom and he works construction and is on night shift. We both can always use a boost of energy. We are both happy to say that they do really work and taste great. Our favorite was of course the Peanut Butter. You cannot go wrong with these. They contain caffeine, B-vitamins, and a proprietary energy blend.
